At Métier, we stand by the craftsmanship of our garments and offer a seamless return process within 30 days of delivery for all unworn, original-condition items. We strive to ensure your wardrobe curation is effortless, providing complimentary returns for all domestic orders.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Métier packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to maintain return eligibility.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel, removing any previous shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your drop-off receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our atelier.
